　　这类题目通常是提出了某种解决问题的办法或建议。

　　题型归类的常见形式是 “Someone should/must do something to have/do something or for a purpose"(即要想达到某个目的，则应该/必须怎样去做。但有时，题目中并不明确说明这个目的)。或者，题目中虽没有明显的 “Someone should/must do something to have/do something or for a purpose”这一结构.但可以明确判断出题目实际上是给出了一个建议。

　　3. Some people believe that government funding of the arts is necessary to ensure that the arts can flourish and be available to all people. Others believe that government funding of the arts threatens the integrity of the arts.

　　建议类题目的分析切入点有三点：

　　1. 题目中的建议可行性如何?

　　2. 如果实施题目中的建议，是否会导致同初始目的相矛盾或其他荒谬的结果?
