机考后，一般2-6周会收到笔试的准考证。
笔考后，一般6-8周收到成绩单。
但是可能由于种种原因，会收不到准考证和成绩单，
如果大家在考试前两周还没有收到准考证就给ETS发邮件所要电子版的吧!
解决方法:
一、直接写电邮给ets
ETS的邮箱: gre-info@ets.org
索要电子版准考证，收到之后打印出来就可以当成准考证来用(对准考证内容的具体解释请看准考证回复原文)
你需要提供的信息：
1. 索取准考证 考场信息(如在哪个考场参加的机考)时间(什么时候参加的) 姓名 确认号，我当时就是把报名网页显示的所有信息都写上的。
2. 索取成绩单 准考证号码，姓名即可。
如果没找到准考证 提供姓名后 它回复告知

二、直接打电话给ETS
ETS的电话是1-609-771-7670。
如果你直接拨的话，要在国家代码前补0才行。ETS的就是 001 609 771 7670。
听完一堆废话后，按8直接和representative 说。他回问你要 Registration number(就是机考的那个)，然后check一下所有的信息(就是叫你说一遍你的地址，名字，生日，其实他都有，只是对一下而已)和你的EMAIL。都完了以后，他会叫你记下你的registration number(笔考的)然后说一下考试时间，地点等等。
只要这个registration number，2个photo ID 就可以考了，所以大家不用担心。
打电话注意一下时差：Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. EST (except for U. S.Holidays). Phone lines are busiest between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.EST and all day on Monday.
没记错的话 美国东部时间(就是上面的那个EST)和中国北京时间正好差12个小时。

注释：
紫色地方是ETS那里保存的你的地址，如果想改地址的话，可以现在给他们发邮件尝试一下，我要准考证的时候顺便就把地址又改了一下，结果过了一段时间以后就收到准考证了。
蓝色地方bearing recent photograph and signature是指带照片的有效证件，学生证和身份证即可。就是两类有效证件，跟你机考时候代的证件一样就可以。
红色地方是指一个大学，后面TESTING CTR 410 DONG TI YU HUI ROAD SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL STUDIES UNIV SHANGHAI 200083 PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA是SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL STUDIES UNIV 的具体地址。具体的考场考试的前一天去这个学校问一下就可以，都是没有说的
